Research and co-operation
Co-operation in a number of areas is crucial in order for the regional health authority to reach its goals. Helse Vest has a particular responsibility for overseeing the government's Co-ordination Reform. One key area in this respect is patient safety.
Helse Vest should promote health and quality of life amongst residents in the region in partnership with those who use its services.
